Professor Popov invented a micro vibrator able to eliminate all forms of hate. The scientist inserts the prototype of his machine in his niece and assistant Eva – a young intersex woman – who must go through a number of situations to test the equipment. At one point, a local gangster abducts Eva to appropriate the machine, but he is really in cahoots with Popov – Eva and her friend Ajita,a black dancer, manages to fight the robbers and preserve the invention.
