Scientists determine that devastating natural disasters on Earth are being caused from space, and the intrepid crew of Gamma 1 is again enlisted to save the world. Commander Rod Jackson (Jack Stuart, a.k.a. Giacomo Rossi-Stuart) blasts off to find the source of the disturbances, accompanied by his loyal aide Lt. Terry Sanchez (Amber Collins, a.k.a. Ombretta Colli). Deep in space, Rod’s ships discover that a ‘wandering planet’ is responsible — it’s a living asteroid that moves erratically. The spacemen enter the interior of the planetoid to solve the mystery, and discover breathing organs and tubular structures pumping a substance similar to blood!
