The Phantom Gunslinger is place from the city of”Tucca Flats.” The peaceful existence of this town is interrupted by the arrival of a bunch of bandits, such as Algernon, Big Sam, Cookie, along with a few others. The sheriff leaves city, but not before naming Bill because his successor. Bill, regrettably, does not carry or even understand how to use a gun, as well as the outlaws take over Tucca Flats. However, with the assistance of several Indians, a suit of armor, and springs onto his own sneakers, Bill manages to conduct the gang from town. He goes to paradise, and can be sent back down to Earth. Back on Earth, Bill and among those outlaws kill one another, and Bill goes back into paradise! Once he is given his life back sent to Tucca Flats. This time, he’s”detained” and put in prison by outlaw Cookie, who’s shown to be a girl when she and Bill kiss.
