American agents and Hong Kong nationalists recruit Lassiter to help remove the Communist influence that has come to the region, led by the evil Suma (Ben Astar). It is up to Lassiter and a casino hostess (Nancy Gates) attached to the nationalist movement to stop Suma and save Hong Kong.
