Catherine, an out-spoken Parisian laundress follows Napoleon’s army to the battlefront to be near her Sergeant Lefevre. When Massa (Robert Hossein) is released from prison, he’s sure that Luciano (Simon Andreu), an old freind, is responsible for his incarceration.
