Beverly Hills shrink Dr. Jonathan Brooks (Nick Cassavetes) seemingly has everything; wealth, a successful practice and a beautiful lawyer fiancée, Jennifer (Diana Barton). Brooks is helping his cop friend Harry Reams (Richard Roundtree) compile a psychological profile of a serial killer on the loose in L.A. Meantime, he starts treating an interesting new patient, Laura (Shannon Whirry), a shy woman who transforms under hypnosis into a completely different persona; the seductive Lana. A torrid affair takes place between the irresistible Lana and Brooks, but he gets more than he bargained for. Lana steals videotapes of ‘sessions’ the doctor has had with other patients and blackmails him with the damning evidence, while at the same time Harry Reams is getting closer and closer to identifying the serial killer.

Continuing his penchant for directing films in the characteristically Japanese genre he virtually created, director Takashi Ishii here presents yet another stylish rape/thriller. Nami is an attractive woman, and she loves her husband, who runs the real estate agency she works at. One day, during a rainstorm, a mysterious drifter stumbles into her and, following her on her way back to the office, asks for (and gets) a job from her husband, over her protests. Not long after that, Nami and the newcomer are trading amorous glances. When the drifter gets her alone in a model house, he rapes her on the floor. For some reason, this doesn’t offend Nami, and she encourages the socially backward man to take her to bed often. Eventually, the two of them decide to do away with her husband, despite the fact that Nami still loves him.

In the future, a nuclear war has transformed the Earth into a radioactive wasteland where the sea has dried up leaving it as a post-apocalyptic desert. In the desert, A desert scavenger named Nomad discovers a robotic head, arriving in New York City, A space marine named Moses Baxter buys the robotic head from Nomad as a Christmas present for his girlfriend Jill Grakowski, who decides to use it for one of her sculptures. But all hell starts breaking loose, when the robotic head is activated and begins to rebuilt itself. When Alvy, a junkyard dealer discover the robotic head is a Mark 13, a military cyborg of a project that was abandoned. Moses learns Jill’s life is in danger, as the Mark 13 cyborg goes on a violent rampage in Jill’s apartment as Jill has become the the prime target for extermination.
