So, there are two drifters, one is a little kid and a midget. Then there is a rich man with a grandson who looks just like this drifter kid. Rich kid’s parents died already years ago. This rich kid also has a nasty uncle who wants to get all the money from grandpa. When grandpa dies they find out that in his will he left everything for this rich kid whose parents died. Of course this nasty uncle now wants to kill this little brat to get all the money. A nanny hears about this and hides this little spoiled up brat and then they say that he was kidnapped. Nasty uncle’s men went to search for the kid and, surprise surprise, they find this drifter kid and mistake him for this rich kid. And so the hyperactive mess begins.
