Rita is walking with a baby in her arms through a village in Belgium. She is looking for her biological father. Back in Germany she is arrested and put in prison. Her mother is now taking care of her five children. When she is released, she goes to collect her children and promises to improve her life. Still, Rita falls back into her old bad pattern. Maybe an American soldier stationed in Germany can get her on the right path?
