Nando is employed by a large company. Life takes place in the home, where he lives with his sister, and the office, where he does a job that leaves him totally dissatisfied. The only source of contentment are the nightly dreams in which pours fantasies and aspirations that, at least in the dream, are fulfilled on time. His world, however, seems to crumble with the arrival of Dr. Jacobetti, a new leader who will ransacked his existence and that of his colleagues, unprepared for the changes introduced by the woman.
