Yakuza drug dealers lure the blind Kiriko into town to take revenge on her. However Kiriko is a master swordswoman (ala Zatoichi) and has plans of her own. Her opponents are near-supervillain types, one is armed like Wolverine, another a Borg reject that fires off ball bearing fastballs, and an insanely wicked dominatrix type.
