A university professor and a journalist have to discover a secret that dates back to the Inquisition, and that could be the cause of death of some people. The professor thinks he has found the key to the problem in an ancient document, in three old photographs and a fresco restored first and then damaged. But the journalist can not be convinced and prefer to do research in its own way.
