It is late at night and a married couple has just returned home from a party, where they met a former school friend of the wife and a famous singer. The husband has been charmed by the seductive and elegant woman, and this makes him treat his wife, who has gone straight back to being a housewife, condescendingly. Talking about the evening, the husband praises the school friend’s beauty and intelligence.
