Celestine, the chambermaid, has new occupation around the nation. The Monteils, that works for are a bunch of odd men and women. The wife is freezing, her spouse is constantly searching (both creatures and girls ) and her dad is a shoe-fetishist. Celestine settles herself and speaks into the neighbor, an ex-officer, who enjoys damaging his neighbor’s things. Following the passing of this older guy, she quits her job, but due to the murder and rape of a child’Small Claire’ she decides to remain, presuming that Joseph is the murderer. To receive his or her confession she sleeps with him and claims to marry him. Regardless of her involvement she fakes evidence to implicate him in the murder. He’s arrested, but is discharged since the evidence is inconclusive. She marries the ex-officer and requires on a housewife function very similar to that of Madame Monteil.
