Charlie’s trip to Paris, apparently a holiday, is truly a mission to explore a bond-forgery racket. However, his agent, apache dancer Nardi is murdered before she could tell him considerably. The scenario, complicated by a fictitious murder accusation for banker’s daughter Yvette, climaxes with an odd trip through the Paris sewers.
