The Capone Gang, led by Kamisaka, make a killing in Shinjuku through blackmail, robbery and womanising. They are on a roll after defeating a rival group of delinquents from Koenji, but the situation turns around when the Kano gang, a yakuza group, starts to apply pressure. Their earnings decrease and everything they do backfires. When Kamisaka hears that Fujimura Pharmaceutical, a major pharmaceutical company, is manufacturing a new type of stimulant, he sees this as a big turnaround and leads the Capone Gang to threaten Fujimura Pharmaceutical in an attempt to make a huge profit.
