Honey comes to Los Angeles to seek her new lifestyle, but is flat broke. She gets a place to stay with Denise and Jill. Honey has hard luck finding a job, but eventually gets hired by a millionaire to just talk to him. Denise falls in love with a guitar player Honey brings home, but there’s something shady going on with him. Jill works at the local strip bar as a waitress, and the manager has new plans for her. Soon the girls get thrown into danger by the illegal activities of the men they love, and must find a way to solve the problem.

After the death of her husband, the mother of Julie, Jack, Sue and Tom begins to suffer from a mysterious illness. Aware that she is going to have to go into hospital she opens a bank account for the children, so that they can be financially self-sufficient and will be able to avoid being taken into care by the authorities. Unfortunately she also dies and Julie and Jack (the older, teenage children) decide to hide her body in the basement so that they can have free reign of their household. Soon Tom has taken to dressing as a girl whilst Sue has become increasingly reticent, confiding only to her diary, meanwhile Jack and Julie sense an attraction developing for each other. However Julie’s new beau, Derek, threatens to unearth the many dark secrets within this family as he becomes increasingly suspicious of Jack.

In England, the times are a changing: it’s mods and rockers. On the day Nancy gets off the London train, cases in hand, looking for the YWCA, Colin has had enough of missing out on the sexual revolution. He begs his smooth (and misogynistic) pal Tolen to teach him ‘the knack’ – how to score with women. Serendipitously, Colin and his new lodger Tom meet up with Nancy while Colin’s buying a bed larger than Tolen’s. The three hit it off, but their simple fun ends when Tolen meets Nancy. Colin is jealous but impotent, and Tolen both attracts and repels her. She swoons, wonders what happened, and cries ‘rape.’ Impish serendipity rubs against unsettling ambiguity; Tolen bolts.

Rita Rizzoli is a narcotics police officer with a plethora of disguises. When a drug shipment is hijacked, the thieves don’t know that the drug is unusually pure and packs of “Fatal Beauty” begin turning up next to too many dead bodies. Mike Marshak works for the original owner of the drugs and tries to tell himself that since he does not handle the drugs, he is “clean”. Mike becomes Rita’s constant companion as the drug hijackers (who are nearly psychotic and very well armed) are hunted, while more and more bodies continue to turn up.

Eddie and his Mexican friend Ricardo are expelled from college after Ricardo put Eddie in the girl’s dormitory when he was drunk. Per chance Eddie gets mixed up in a bank robbery and is forced to drive the robbers to safety. To get rid of him they force him to leave the USA for Mexico, but a cop is following him. Eddie meets Ricardo there, Ricardo helps him avoid being arrested by the cop when he introduces Eddie as the great Spanish bullfighter Don Sebastian II. The problem is, the cop is still curious and has tickets for the bullfight. Eddie’s situation becomes more critical, when he tries to help Ricardo to win the girl he loves, but she’s engaged to a “real” Mexican, who is, unknown to her father, involved in illegal business. While trying to avoid all this trouble, Eddie himself falls in love with his friend’s girl friend’s sister Rosalie, who also want to see the great Don Sebastian II to kill the bull in the arena.

The reward for his capture is increased as he subsequently kills the men who brutally murder his brother.
