In a fictionalized biography, Oklahoma outlaw Belle Starr meets the Dalton gang when rescued from lynching by Bob Dalton, who falls for her. So do gang member Mac and wealthy saloon owner Tom Bradfield, who’s enlisted in a bankers’ scheme to trap the Daltons. Dissension among the gang and Bradfield’s ambivalence complicate the plot, as Belle demonstrates her prowess with shootin’ irons, horses, and as a surprisingly racy saloon entertainer.
In the frontier town of Tombstone, Arizona, the charismatic Wyatt Earp (Randolph Scott) is a pistol-toting sheriff who earns the respect of almost everyone he encounters. John “Doc” Halliday (Cesar Romero), however, poses an unusual challenge to the lawman when he flouts local rules with his illegal business ventures. But the sheriff finds himself acting on Halliday’s behalf when the latter is slain, leading to the famed gun battle at the O.K. Corral.

A collection agent arrives in a small town with $1000 for a local farmer. Whilst waiting for the farmer to arrive the money is put in a safe at a hotel for safe keeping. However, it is removed by mistake and solves a number of financial problems before it is returned.
Dan Ballard, a respected citizen in the western town of Silver Lode, has his wedding interrupted by four men led by Ned McCarthy, an old acquaintance who, as a US Marshal, arrests Ballard for the murder of his brother and the theft of $20,000. Ballard seeks to stall McCarthy while tracking down evidence that will prove his innocence: but the townspeople’s loyalty to him gradually begins to waver under McCarthy’s accusations.
